Before launching the tablet, choose how the check-in screen should look, what clients should select, and how your team should be notified.

Appointment time or initials check-in

Choose whether clients check in by selecting an appointment time or by entering initials. Appointment time mode keeps the check-in flow simple and privacy-conscious.

Custom provider label

Rename “providers” to the label that fits your business, such as doctors, clinicians, therapists, stylists, specialists, staff, or a custom term.

Business welcome message

Customize the message clients see when they arrive, such as “Welcome to Your Practice Name.”

Appointment interval

Set the appointment time buttons to match your schedule, including 15, 30, 45, or 60 minute intervals.

Provider search

Enable a search bar for larger teams so clients can quickly find the person they are here to see.

Branding and logo

Add your business logo to create a more polished branded kiosk experience on the check-in screen.

Email or SMS notifications

Choose how providers are notified when a client checks in, with email-only options and SMS support on eligible plans.
